The CIA provided comments on the recent InfoPensions – Issue 23 distributed by the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) on November 27, 2020 – addressing the interpretation of the Pension Benefits Standards Act, 1985 (PBSA) regarding a member’s entitlement to pension while employed.
