This report develops tables to quantify the difference in the income of individuals with disabilities when compared to the income of individuals without disabilities in order to help the court or the litigating parties to determine the value of the earnings-related economic losses sustained by injured individuals in matters where there is no expert vocational opinion or other evidence regarding the post-incident earning capacity of the injured party. It also provides the actuary or other economic loss expert with the information required to guide appropriate use of the tables.
